Proceedings of the Complaints Committee are confidential but certain decisions related to a Memorandum of Agreement are available on this website.
A three-member panel of the Discipline Committee conducts public hearings into cases of alleged professional misconduct and/or incompetence. The panels are composed of both elected and appointed Council members.
Disciplinary decisions are listed in alphabetical order according to the Member's name.
A three-member panel of the Fitness to Practise committee conducts hearings regarding cases of incapacity. The hearings are closed and the decisions of the Fitness to Practise committee are not publicized.
