The Ontario Labour Mobility Act, 2009 came into force on December 15, 2009. The purpose of this Act is to eliminate or reduce measures that restrict the ability of an individual to obtain a Certificate of Registration in Ontario when the individual is already certified in the same occupation by a regulatory authority of another Canadian province or territory.


If you hold one or more of these licences or certificates granted by a regulatory authority of one of the provinces or territories indicated above, please indicate this information on the Application Form under Section 2. The licence or certificate must be valid. Once in receipt of your application, the College will contact you regarding any additional documentation required for registration.
